Digital Product Licensing Agreement

This Digital Product Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the date purchased, by and between Z Creates LLC ("Licensor"), and the Purchaser ("Licensee"). The Licensor and Licensee may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
